Payment
We accept the following payment options:

- PayPal – If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
No fees are charged for credit cards.
The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.
Freight
We offer free delivery with purchase for over DKK 300.
The delivery time for stock items is 3-5 business days.
Cancellation rights
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
If the purchase consists of several consignments or parts, the right to cancel will lapse 14 days after the day you receive the last consignment or the last part.
If the agreement is for regular deliveries of goods over a specific period, then your cancellation right lapses 14 days after the day when you receive the first package.
You have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to support@hilstor.com or make use of the standard cancellation form at the end of these terms of business.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item, you may return one or several items. Freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returning the goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods. Orders above 300 DKK are eligible for free returns.
The state of the article when you return it
If the value of the article is reduced because of use beyond what was necessary to check its type, properties, and function, only part of the purchase sum can be refunded. We recommend returning articles in their original packaging, as missing packaging may reduce value.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. We refund all payments, including delivery costs (except extra costs if you chose another delivery method than our cheapest standard option). Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and by the same payment method used for purchase, unless agreed otherwise. We may hold back payment until the item is received or you provide documentation of return.
Please send your return using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Returns via regular postal services will be declined.

Right to make complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies. You have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before returning the article.
If justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. Complaints must be made within a “reasonable time” after discovering a defect. Complaints within 2 months will always be considered timely.
If justified, we will refund freight costs (within reason). Always return items in suitable packaging and obtain a receipt for dispatch.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you trade with us: Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
We register and pass on the personal details necessary to deliver goods to you. Data is registered with HILSTOR ApS and kept for five years, then deleted.
We work with companies who store and process data exclusively on our behalf and only within the EU or countries with adequate protection. The responsible entity on hilstor.com is HILSTOR ApS.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. For inquiries, contact support@hilstor.com.

Goods/services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK (minimum 720 DKK for clothes or shoes). A fee applies.
